Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email, and the details you choose to add to your page, such as your businesses, links, logos, and contact information. We also collect basic usage data like page views and link clicks.
How we use it
We use your information to run your page, show your businesses to the people you share it with, provide analytics, and improve the product. Anything you add to your public page is public by your choice.
Payments
If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We send Stripe your email address so it can create your billing account, and Stripe collects your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number. We keep only your subscription status, plan, and renewal date so we know what your account has access to. Stripe handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run Portfello: Supabase for our database and login, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payments. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Verification
To show a verified badge we check that you control a domain or business you list. We store the result of that check, not your credentials.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to measure basic usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your page and businesses at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
