Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
Your content
You own the content you add to your page. You give us permission to host and display it so your page works. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use Portfello to impersonate others, publish unlawful content, or misrepresent a business you do not own or operate. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Handles and verification
Handles are unique and issued on a first-come basis. We may reclaim handles that impersonate a brand, and verified badges are granted only after a successful ownership check.
Plans and billing
Pro is billed monthly or annually in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. You can cancel at any time from your settings and keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If we change pricing we will let you know before it affects your renewal.
Refunds
When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and we do not refund partial periods. If a charge looks wrong to you, email hello@portfello.io before disputing it and we will look into it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your card information is handled by Stripe under their terms and privacy policy.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
